Adam Lerner

Adam Lerner is a seasoned professional in market intelligence and strategy, currently serving as the Market Intelligence and Strategy Manager at Oakwood Homes since October 2022. Previously, Adam worked as an Advisory Manager at Zonda, where responsibilities included conducting market studies for Colorado Metro Districts and developing extensive build-out models. Adam's experience also includes a role as a Land Acquisition/Financial Analyst at KB Home, focusing on data analysis for land acquisitions. Before that, Adam managed Lerner Real Estate Advisors, specializing in asset management services and restructuring defaulted Community Development Districts for institutional investors. Earlier internship experiences include positions with the United States Senate and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, where Adam conducted legislative research and trade analysis, respectively. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Policy Studies and Communications from Elon University.
