Jane Shanley is an accomplished environmental compliance professional with extensive experience in stormwater management. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Compliance and Sr. Stormwater Manager at Oakwood Homes since January 2020, Jane oversees stormwater management for the Denver Market, manages budgets, and provides training for Builders and Trade Partners. In addition to this role, Jane chairs the Stormwater Committee for the HBA of Metro Denver, where efforts are focused on building a Homebuilders Stormwater Excellence Program. Jane's previous positions include Stormwater Manager at Century Communities and Project Manager at Two Dot Consulting, alongside earlier roles involving environmental compliance analysis and leadership in campus organizations. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a Business Administration minor from the University of Denver.
