Jenn Maina is the VP of Clinical Excellence & Innovation at Oakwood Lutheran Homes Association. Jenn has over 25 years of experience in the long-term care industry. Jenn started their career as a nurse and then transitioned into management where they have held various positions including MDS Coordinator and Director of Nursing. Jenn is passionate about providing quality care to residents and ensuring that staff have the resources they need to provide excellent care.

Jenn Maina is a registered nurse who has a bachelor's degree from National American University.
