Jennifer Maina Pac-Ne

Jennifer Maina has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at Larksfield Place Retirement Communities, Inc. in 2015, where they served as the Director of Nursing until 2019. Jennifer then moved on to Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, where they worked as an MDS Coordinator from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at Oakwood Village, first as the Vice President of Clinical Excellence and Innovation from 2020 to 2023, and then as the Chief Compliance Officer from 2023 onwards. Jennifer's expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in their roles at each company.

Jennifer Maina PAC-NE, RAC-CT, RN obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from National American University in 2016. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Resident Assessment Coordinator - Certified from the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF NURSE ASSESSMENT COORDINATION. In 2020, they obtained the Registered Nurse certification from the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services. In 2022, they completed the course "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn and obtained the Post-Acute Care Nurse Executive - Certified certification from the Institute of Post-Acute Care. Jennifer is currently pursuing further education at Western Governors University, with anticipated completion in 2023.
