Dana Moore

Dana Moore oversees the daily operations of the company’s residential properties. She works closely with clients to set goals, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and develop plans for meeting and exceeding the expectations of both owners and residents. Dana began working with Oakwood Management in 1986 and has served the company and its clients in numerous roles, including Property Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations. Leveraging decades of experience in the apartment industry with both management and leasing, Dana is the current trustee on and past president of the board of both the Columbus Apartment Association (CAA) and the Ohio Apartment Association (OAA). She is a licensed Ohio Realtor and a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS). Dana attended Kent State University.
