Lauren Davidson

Lauren Davidson, CAPS, ACoM, has extensive experience in property management and development, currently serving as the Director of New Development at Oakwood Management Company since October 2016. Prior roles at Oakwood include Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Lauren's career also includes positions as Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Olentangy Village Management from February 2014 to October 2016, and a tenure as Marketing and Events Coordinator at Darcap Management Company. Lauren began in the industry as a Leasing Consultant at Oakwood Management Company from April 2010 to May 2013. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University, earned in 2013.
