Brandi Lundberg

Brandi Lundberg is an experienced professional in the real estate investment sector with a strong background in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Currently part of the Investments Team at Oakwood Real Estate Partners since December 2020, Brandi previously served as Director at Miller Real Estate Investments LLC, leading underwriting for over $200 million in acquisitions and managing a diverse asset portfolio. Prior roles include positions at PGIM Real Estate Finance and MetLife Real Estate Investors, where Brandi originated $267 million in mortgage loans and developed strategic market investment plans. Brandi's career began at Duff & Phelps, progressing from Analyst to Senior Associate, and includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
