Jake Norris

Jake Norris has worked in the staffing and recruiting industry since 1998. Their career began as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce and Analysts International Corporation (AIC). Jake then moved on to become a Recruiting Manager at Richmond American Homes and a Senior Recruiter (Contract) at Johns Manville. In 2004, Jake became the Director of Client Solutions at Soloman Search and a Recruiting Manager at Novo Group, Inc. In 2007, they took on the role of Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract) at TIAA. In 2008, Jake was the Director - Search and Staffing at SigmaTek Consulting and a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they founded and became a Board Member at ECOM Global Products, Inc. and in 2014, they became the CEO and Managing Partner of Oakwood Search.

Jake Norris has an educational background that spans from 1991 to 2021. Jake obtained a BS in Business from The University of Kansas School of Business in 1995 and a BS in Psychology from The University of Kansas in 1996. In 2021, they completed the Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program at The Wharton School. Additionally, they hold an ACIR - Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS.
