Jonathan Hunt-Glassman

Jonathan Hunt-Glassman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Oar Health, a position they have held since September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Jonathan worked at Humana, where they held the title of Associate VP, Retail Segment Strategy from March 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Retail Segment Strategy from September 2019 to March 2021.

Jonathan also has experience at UnitedHealth Group, where they served as the Director of Provider Advisory Services from March 2018 to September 2019.

In addition, they worked at Evolent Health as the Sr. Director of Transformation from June 2017 to February 2018.

Jonathan's career started at Bain & Company, where they held various roles including Manager from August 2015 to May 2017, Case Team Leader from September 2014 to August 2015, and Consultant from January 2013 to September 2014. Jonathan also worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company in 2011.

Prior to joining Bain & Company, Jonathan worked at Danya International as both a Project Director & Product Manager from May 2008 to July 2010 and as a Special Assistant to the President from May 2006 to May 2008.

Jonathan Hunt-Glassman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Columbia University in 2006. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2010 to 2012.
