Courtney Berner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in youth outreach and supportive housing management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Youth Outreach and Prevention at Oasis Center since June 2019, Courtney has held various leadership roles including Director of Outreach Services and Program Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Housing Coordinator at The Well Coffeehouse, where responsibilities encompassed event coordination and client relations. Additionally, Courtney held roles at Project Transformation Tennessee and Gilchrist Elementary School, developing skills in program management, guidance counseling, and child life services. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University.
