Karri Lynn Gornick has extensive experience in managing programs and initiatives aimed at addressing homelessness. Karri Lynn has held roles such as Vice President at Oasis Center, Program Administrator at the City of New York Department of Homeless Services, and Project Manager at Metropolitan Homelessness Commission. Their responsibilities have included overseeing rapid rehousing programs, providing technical support, managing daily operations, and coordinating efforts to end homelessness. Gornick has also served as a Board Member and Coordinator in organizations focused on supporting homeless veterans and advocating for social issues.

Karri Lynn Gornick obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2007. Karri Lynn then went on to pursue a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Michigan, specializing in Social Policy and Community Social Systems, which they completed in 2009.
