Craig Dean

Craig was appointed to the OCL board in October 2014. He obtained his MSc in Computer Science and Natural Sciences from Kings College, Cambridge, He is currently Chair of the Academy Councils in three North West Oasis Academies.

Incredibly passionate about the provision of education for young people, Craig facilitates education across the IT industry, evidenced by the code club scheme offered by Web Applications and his recent involvement in the inaugural Hack Manchester Junior event. Further to this, he is a frequent guest speaker at universities, lecturing on careers and employability, creativity, software development practices, and start-up funding.
