Dwain B.

Dwain B. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. Dwain started as a Managing Director at Let Loose Design Solutions, a design consultancy firm, where they focused on website creation and branding for SMEs. In 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bridgelea Pupil Referral Unit. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Teacher of DT at Oasis Academy Media City and an Equality and Diversity Champion at Oasis Academy MediaCityUk. In 2018, they joined Oasis Community Learning as a Behaviour Leader and later became an Assistant Principal. Currently, they hold the positions of Anti-Racist Curriculum Advocate (National) and Deputy Principal at Oasis Community Learning.

Dwain B. completed a Bachelor's Degree in BA Honours from The University of Salford in 2006. In 2014-2015, they pursued a PGCE in Design Technology from The University of Manchester. From 2016 to 2019, Dwain obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a focus on Educational Leadership from The University of Manchester. In 2020-2021, they undertook the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) from the Department for Education. Lastly, in 2021-2022, Dwain pursued the National Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) from the Department for Education.
