Maria Alejandra Arenas, MSM-HR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Oasis Experiences since October 2020, Maria previously held the role of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at the City of Winter Park, where responsibilities included managing full life cycle recruitment for over 500 employees and developing compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as a Restaurant Manager at Garibaldi Mexican Cuisine, Assistant Account Manager in the Emerging Leaders Program at Towne Park, and Promotion Specialist at Greenhouse Agency, Inc. Maria holds a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Rollins College.
