Currently, Paul serves as an Advisory Board Member for ChangeEngine and Upwage, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and supporting hourly workers through innovative AI solutions. Previously, Paul held various roles at Towne Park, including Manager of Leadership Development Programs, where leadership initiatives contributed to a talent pipeline for over 2,500 candidates.
