Bryan Rydzewski

Bryan Rydzewski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, particularly in the marina and healthcare sectors. As the General Manager of Sunset Isle Yacht Club and Resort since June 2024, Bryan oversees a state-of-the-art facility on the Emerald Coast. Previously, Bryan served as General Manager at Oasis Marinas, managing a collection of marinas focused on strategic planning and member satisfaction. During the tenure at Bird Key Yacht Club, Bryan was responsible for operational excellence and financial performance. Bryan's background also includes roles in the pharmaceutical industry, where expertise in sales and healthcare education was developed at companies such as Amgen and AstraZeneca. Bryan began a career in law enforcement with the Palm Beach Police as a Marine Officer, demonstrating a diverse skill set and leadership capabilities. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu in Pre-Med and Psychology.
