Debbie Determan, M.A., SPHR, SHRM SCP, currently serves as Talent Manager at Oasis Health Partners since October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gravie, Senior People Business Partner at Bright Health, where additional responsibilities involved Learning & Organizational Development Consulting and project management.
