Kelly Cullinane

Kelly Cullinane is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and standards development, currently serving as the Senior Director for Standards Development at OASIS since January 2023. Previously, Kelly held key roles such as Director of Energy and Federal Services at Copado, where responsibilities included managing a team of security engineers for innovative cybersecurity solutions, and Director of Utility & Energy Services at New Context, focusing on cybersecurity in regulated industries. With experience in communications and policy from the EIS Council and the Edison Electric Institute, Kelly has successfully navigated complex stakeholder environments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The University of Dallas and a Master of Arts in Statecraft & National Security Policy from the Institute of World Politics, complemented by ongoing studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
