Karen Levy Gershon

Karen Levy Gershon currently serves as Chief of Staff at Oasis Security, beginning in May 2025. Prior to this role, Karen held multiple positions at RightBound from November 2021 to April 2025, including Chief of Staff and Head of People Operations, contributing to the innovative integration of AI in outbound sales development. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Akooda and a law internship at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., with a focus on banking, finance, and international real estate. Karen's career also includes a role as Business Operations Coordinator at Sequoia Capital and People Operations and Office Manager in the Israel Defense Forces. Karen completed dual degrees in Law (LLB) and Political Science (BA) at Reichman University, graduating in 2018.
