Andy Gill

Andy Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development and youth innovation. Currently serving as the Development and Youth Innovation Lead at Oasis UK and as a Trustee at Arun Church, Andy previously held leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Relational Hub, focusing on radical hospitality and relationship-building. With a history of managing community-focused projects, including as Community Development Leader at Arun Community Church and Community Development & Education Consultant at Social Development UK, Andy has successfully implemented strategies to enhance local skills and employment for young people.
