David Donnelly has a diverse work experience in environmental and sales roles. David started their career as an Industrial Sales Representative at Clean Harbors/Safety Kleen, where they conducted regulatory inspections for compliance with environmental regulations. David then moved on to Heritage Crystal Kleen/FCC Environmental Recycling Services, where they worked as a Chemical Sales Representative, focusing on new customer acquisition and providing excellent customer service.

After that, David joined Quantumdavel Chemical Corporation, Inc as the President and Stakeholder, overseeing daily operations, sales presentations, and environmental safety programs. David also worked at Specialized Pipe Technologies as a Business Development Manager, selling sanitary pipe lining technology to commercial plumbing contractors.

David later transitioned to the role of Project Manager Safety & Production at CRODON, INC., where they managed projects related to safety and production. David also worked as a Field Inspector at Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water.

Most recently, David has been working as a Pollution Control Field Inspector at Miami-Dade County, inspecting and investigating sources of pollution to protect the public and environment. And in 2023, they will be joining OATA as a Territory Sales Consultant.

David Donnelly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geology / Environmental Sciences and minored in the Language of Spanish from St. Mary's University, which they attended from 1984 to 1988. Before that, David studied Navel Science at Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, FL. David also attended Admiral Farragut Naval Academy, where they focused on Officer's Training & Naval Ocean Sciences. Additionally, David completed training in Selling Skills and Sales Operations at Dale Carnegie Training.
