Neal Restivo

Neal Restivo is the CEO of Oatey Company. Neal has previously worked as a partner at Tatum LLC, the largest executive services firm in the U.S. providing financial leadership to companies in transition. At Tatum, they served as CFO of three client companies.

Neal has also worked as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Oatey Company and V&M Star. At Commercial Furniture Group, Inc. (f/k/a Falcon Products Inc.), they successfully managed the company’s Chapter 11 restructuring process.

Neal Restivo is a highly experienced financial leader who has a proven track record of success in turnaround situations. Neal is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and make decisions that are in the best interests of the company. Neal is a strong communicator and an effective negotiator who is able to get results.

Neal Restivo has a BS in Business from Miami University and they are a part of Leadership Cleveland Class of 2017.
