Christine Shillington

Christine Shillington currently serves as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Oatly, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Christine was the Group People & Sustainability Director and People Director at Nichols plc from April 2018 to November 2024. Christine's experience includes serving as HR Director for Global Categories & Brands and Global Functions at PZ Cussons from August 2014 to October 2017 and as HR Director for R&D at Unilever from July 2000 to July 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing a global team of over 2,000 employees. Earlier in the career, Christine worked as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager within Unilever's Global R&D and held various HRBP roles at Marks & Spencer Financial Services, specializing in recruitment. Christine obtained a BA Hons 2(i) in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University (1993-1996) and has attended various CRF workshops and conferences.
