Johanna Strand currently serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Oatly since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Sandvik from November 2022 to January 2024, and Scrum Master at TRR during the same period. Johanna also held positions at Forefront as both People and Culture Manager and Product Manager from September 2022 to January 2024, and co-founded Vididi Siluett while working as an Agile Project Manager at Capgemini and Scrum Master consultant at IKEA from July 2020 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes time as a Master Thesis Student and Assistant Project Manager at Ericsson and being awarded the SKAPA innovation prize as Innovator of the Year in Blekinge in 2018. Johanna holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Blekinge Institute of Technology and has participated in an exchange semester at Griffith University.
