Jennifer Nickerson, MBA, serves as the Director of Recruiting at Ob Hospitalist Group since October 2023. Previously, Jennifer held several leadership roles at SCP Health between May 2015 and October 2023, including Vice President of Emergency Medicine Clinical Recruiting and Senior Vice President of Staffing Operations, focusing on enhancing healthcare delivery through effective clinician engagement. Earlier experience includes positions as a Recruiting Consultant at ECI Emergency Consultants, Inc. and a Closeout Specialist at Priority Solutions International. Jennifer earned an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University and a BS in Business Administration from Ferris State University.
