Tim Dalbey, MBA, serves as the Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting at Ob Hospitalist Group since August 2014, previously holding the title of Senior Hospital Operations Analyst. In this role, Tim develops and reports key performance indicators, conducts strategic forecasting, and fosters relationships with hospital leadership to optimize operational support. Prior to this, Tim was the Manager of Decision Support at Greenville Health System, overseeing a team focused on performance data reporting and organizational improvement initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and Senior Planning Analyst II at Aveda. Tim earned an MBA in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northwestern — St. Paul.
