Mical Daniel

Mical Daniel is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in outdoor education, customer success, and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Field Instructor at Outward Bound Adventures since September 2021, Mical is involved in providing outdoor education and environmental learning for low-income youth. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at Syndio, where Mical contributed to pay transparency solutions, and a position as Technology Advisory Consultant at EY. Mical was also selected as a Fellow at Colorwave, participating in an exclusive program connecting professionals with startup leaders, and engaged in Diversity and Inclusion efforts at the University of Cincinnati. Furthermore, Mical completed an 18-month fellowship with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, developing critical professional skills. Mical holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
