Ashley Nicoson

Ashley Nicoson has extensive experience in workforce development and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Training & Workforce at the Obama Foundation, where responsibilities include developing project plans for the Obama Presidential Center's opening. Previous roles at the Obama Foundation include advocating for diversity in operations and exploring workforce opportunities. Prior work at HIRE360 Chicago involved connecting developers with apprentice candidates, while at United Way of Metro Chicago, Ashley facilitated volunteer and corporate engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
