Deputy Director, Community & Network Impact, My Brother's Keeper Alliance at Obama Foundation

MacArthur Antigua has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. MacArthur currently serves as the Deputy Director, Community & Network Impact at the Obama Foundation's My Brother's Keeper Alliance. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Principal of Massive Creativity, where they provided executive coaching and designed interactive learning experiences for clients. MacArthur also held the position of Senior Director of Collective Impact at ImagineMKE.

MacArthur has a long history with Public Allies, where they held several roles including Senior Director, Alumni Engagement and Cross-Sector Partnerships, Director of Alumni Engagement, and Director of National Recruitment & Expansion. Before that, MacArthur worked as a YouthPeace Organizer at the Illinois Center for Violence Prevention, where they developed violence prevention chapters and organized conferences to address youth violence.

MacArthur Antigua earned a BS/MA degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in The TESI, EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360, and MBTI Step I and Step II.
