Marycatherine Wright

MaryCatherine Wright is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management across various organizations. Currently, MaryCatherine supports the Obama Foundation, Hatch Gemini LLC, and Braven in enhancing their hiring processes and candidate experiences. Previously, MaryCatherine served as Vice President of Talent for Venture For America, focusing on connecting recent graduates with startups, and as Managing Director of Recruitment for Teach For America, where efforts were made to address educational inequity. Additional roles include Talent Recruiter at Noble Network of Charter Schools and a two-year tenure as a corps member with Teach For America. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, an Elevate Fellowship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marian University.
