Tu Ngo

Tu Ngo is the Founding General Partner at Touchstone Partners, a venture capital fund focused on seed to Series A investments in Vietnam across various sectors including education, healthcare, and AI. As a co-founder and board member of YOLA, Tu Ngo has contributed to educational initiatives since 2008. Involved with the Obama Foundation since December 2019, Tu Ngo participates in a community of leaders dedicated to making a positive impact in the Asia Pacific region. Previous experience includes co-founding ELSA, Corp, where Tu Ngo played a key role in developing AI-based applications for language learners, and serving as co-president of SEALNet, promoting youth leadership in Southeast Asia. Educational background includes a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD, with ongoing studies at Renmin University of China.
