Haifa Baptiste

Haifa Baptiste is the Director of Development at OBAP. Haifa has previous experience working as an Assistant Director at The Nonprofit Spot, a Development Manager at Camaraderie Foundation, and a Development Manager at Clean the World. Baptiste is a 2020 Fellow of the New Leaders Council.

Haifa Baptiste has a Master Of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, a Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida, and various certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Raiser's Edge Professional, Certified Nonprofit Professional, and CFRE Certification.

They work with Ngierot Edward-Smith - Collegiate Programs Chair, Linda Wackerman - Interim APIS Director, and Titus Sanders - Midwest Regional Director. Haifa Baptiste reports to Joel Webley, Board Chair.
