Haifa Baptiste

Haifa B. is the Director of Development at OBAP - Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Director at The Nonprofit Spot from August 2020 to February 2022. With a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, they have experience as a Development Manager at Camaraderie Foundation and Clean the World. Additionally, Haifa B. was a 2020 Fellow at New Leaders Council and holds a degree in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida.
