Toufic Corban

As Head of Real Estate and In-House Architect of Obegi Group, Mr. Toufic Corban has the mission to lead, develop and optimize, at a Group level, the Real Estate Portfolio of the Obegi Group and the Obegi Family in addition to providing access to strategically selected novel business opportunities, locally and globally; structuring transaction and raising equity with the aim to safeguard growth and increase profitability.

Mr. Toufic Corban is an experienced Architect and Certified Project Manager benefitting from more than 15 years of experience in steering Real Estate development projects for globally established and leading family owned corporations alike the Obegi Group at present and CMA CGM the eminent shipping company (year 2000 to 2009). Mr. Toufic Corban has a solid expertise in Architecture & Engineering, Planning & Scheduling, Contracting & Procuring, Project Management & Contract Administration (FIDIC). He is also knowledgeable in Corporate Communication, Branding, Public Speaking and Relation, Event management & planning, Negotiation, Business Strategy & Expansion.

Lebanese and Brazilian citizen, Mr. Toufic Corban currently resides in Lebanon and commutes across the Middle East. He also acts as the lead teaching Professor of Project Management at the Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts (ALBA), Beirut, Lebanon.

Mr. Toufic Corban has a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts (ALBA), Lebanon, as well as a degree in Project Management (PMI) in addition to other certificates in Business Management.
