Alan Duffy

Alan Duffy has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning various roles and companies. Alan worked as a Project Manager at Obelisk from January 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as Logistics at BT from July 2018 to January 2019. From June 2015 to April 2018, Alan worked as a Project Manager at Arqiva. Alan also served as a Deployment Manager at Huawei Technologies from September 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they held the position of Project Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks from July 2008 to June 2014. Prior to that, Alan worked as a Project Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks/Nokia Networks from March 2005 to July 2008, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering various network upgrades for Vodafone Ireland. Before joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Alan worked as a Node B Commissioning Engineer at Magdalene Telecommunications from October 2003 to March 2005, and as a BTS Commissioning Engineer at Mycom from July 2003 to October 2003. Alan also has experience as a Node B Quality Assurance Engineer at Nokia Italia SPA from March 2003 to July 2003, and as a Node B/BTS Commissioning Engineer at Nokia Networks, Harcourt St from January 2003 to March 2003.

Alan Duffy obtained a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy in 2021. Prior to this, they earned an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School, which was completed between 2007 and 2008. In addition, Alan has obtained a certification in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy in March 2021.
