Aseem Mishra

Aseem Mishra has a comprehensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several companies and industries. Aseem most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Oben Electric, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at a confidential company from 2021 to 2022. Aseem has also worked as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at ITC Infotech in 2020. Aseem gained valuable experience as the HR Lead for India at DynCorp International from 2015 to 2019. Aseem was also the Senior Director of HR & Organization Development at CMA CGM Shared Service Centre (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 2014.

From 2007 to 2014, Aseem held various roles at IBM India Private Limited, including Associate Director of HR (India/South Asia), Country Operations Leader for HRMS, and General Manager of HR for Global Business Services. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR for the Telecom Business Unit at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2004 to 2007. Aseem's early career includes a position as a Site HR Manager at GE from 2001 to 2004 and a Senior HR Officer at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd from 1993 to 2001. Aseem Mishra completed their MBA in HR & IR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fergusson College from 1988 to 1991. Aseem also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including "Managing Conflict: A Practical Guide to Resolution in the Workplace," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," "Design Thinking: Customer Experience," "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do," "Digital Transformation," and "Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)." These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and GE, with the most recent certification obtained in February 2022.
