Carla Naumann

Carla Naumann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carla started their career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2001. Carla then moved to Schön Klinik Verwaltung in 2004, where they served as the Leiterin Unternehmensentwicklung. In the same year, they also took on the role of Klinikleiterin at Schön Klinik Bad Aibling. In 2012, they became the Geschäftsführerin at Schön Klinik and held this position until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as the Country Manager at AniCura. Currently, they hold the position of CEO at Ober Scharrer Gruppe, starting from April 2023.

Carla Naumann attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebwirtin degree in Betriebswirtschaft. In addition, they attended Grande Ecole Robert Schumann from 1997 to 1998 and earned a Diplôme de l’IEP in Relations Internationales.
