Drew Saunders

Drew Saunders is an experienced professional in the outdoor sports industry, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Snowsports Industries America since January 2025. Since October 2012, Drew has held the position of General Manager at Oberalp Group, overseeing the P&L for the North American business unit and coordinating sales, marketing, operations, accounting, and customer service teams across the U.S. and Canada. Drew previously held roles at Oberalp Group including Country Manager for Oberalp North America, where responsibilities included the acquisition and integration of the Evolv brand, and Director of Operations, leading operations and customer service functions. Prior experience includes Customer Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at Dynafit/Salewa North America, and Product Manager and Dealer Service Representative at Kelty. Drew holds a B.S. in Business Administration - Management from Bucknell University and has studied international business abroad at the University of Melbourne.
