Ellen Ringstad

Ellen Ringstad is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Oberalp Group since October 2016. Previously, Ellen held the position of Global HR Business Partner at Safilo, providing comprehensive HR support across various global operations, with an emphasis on organizational development and cultural transformation. Ellen's career includes significant roles at Xylem Inc., where responsibilities spanned HR Director positions across Operations & Procurement and AWS EMEA, as well as earlier roles at ITT and Emerson Network Power, where expertise in compensation, benefits, and overall HR management was developed. Ellen holds a Cand Polit degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Cand. Mag. (BA) in Social Psychology from the University of Oslo.
