Josep Castellet

Josep Castellet is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the sporting goods industry. As CEO of POMOCA since November 2009, Castellet has successfully scaled the company to become a market leader, achieved a significant increase in employees, and developed the OEM business. Additionally, Castellet holds multiple leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at Insiders and Salewa Sport SA, while also serving as Head of Group Research & Innovation at Oberalp Group. Castellet’s academic contributions include lectures at AISTS and the University of Geneva, focusing on innovation in the sporting goods sector. Castellet's educational background includes an Executive Program in Exponential Innovation from Singularity University and a degree in International Economics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
