Nora Berger

Nora Berger currently serves as the Head of the ESG Unit at Oberbank, leading the development and execution of the bank's sustainability strategy, along with sustainability reporting and regulatory matters. Previous roles include Sustainability Manager and positions in Investor Relations & Press with responsibilities in sustainability reporting. Earlier experience includes roles as Coordinator of Corporate Communication & Events at BWT AG, Public Relations Manager at OÖ. Wirtschaftsbund and the Office of the State Government of Upper Austria, and Advisor for Public Relations and Youth Policy. Nora Berger has a diverse background in public relations, event management, and communication, with roles in volunteer organizations and hospitality. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Socio-economics from WU, an MBA in Sustainable Business and the Circular Economy from LIMAK, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Transcultural Communication and Political Science from the University of Vienna, along with a diploma from Sciences Po.
