Ann Stricklen Phr

Ann Stricklen, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll and Tax Specialist at Oberlin College since March 2020, where responsibilities include payroll processing, tax compliance, and international student tax compliance. Prior to this role, Ann worked as Human Resource Director at Olmsted Falls City Schools from June 2012 to March 2020, overseeing various HR functions such as labor relations, talent management, and employee recognition.
