Guadalupe Marino Garcia

Guadalupe Marino Garcia is a dedicated and accomplished student currently pursuing a degree at Oberlin College, expected to graduate in May 2026. García serves as a Research Intern at the USDA, focusing on fungal mutagenesis in a biochemistry lab, and has held multiple teaching assistant positions in chemistry labs, enhancing the educational experience of fellow students. Involvement in the STRONG program and as a Bonner Scholar demonstrates a commitment to diversity and community service in STEM. Additionally, García has contributed to music education as a music instructor and participated in various leadership programs, including LEDA and the Joyce Ivy Foundation, aiming to empower underrepresented youth.
