Mary Ann Montgomery

Mary Ann Montgomery is currently a Peer Advising Leader at Oberlin College, overseeing first-year students in a mentorship program focused on college transition. Additionally, Montgomery serves as a Sociology Office Assistant and Gallery Attendant at the Firelands Association for the Visual Arts, where responsibilities include promoting exhibits and processing artwork sales. Previous experience includes strategic communications roles at Catholics For Choice and Reproductive Freedom for All, where efforts focused on healthcare disparities affecting gender minorities. Montgomery has a background in advocacy as a Congressional Lobbyist for Brady: United Against Gun Violence and as LGBTQ+ Policy Director for the Young Feminist Party. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Oberlin College, Montgomery also has international education experience from Trinity College Dublin.
