Sébastien Bettschart

Sébastien Bettschart is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and business law. As the founding and managing partner of OBERSON ABELS SA since February 2016, Sébastien Bettschart has led a prominent legal practice. Concurrently, as a titular professor at the University of Fribourg School of Law since October 2003, Sébastien Bettschart imparts knowledge in commercial law. Additionally, Sébastien Bettschart serves as a lecturer at the University of Geneva, teaching corporate law to bar exam candidates. Prior to these roles, Sébastien Bettschart co-founded ABELS Avocats, a boutique law firm, and has held various legal positions at Tavernier Tschanz. Sébastien Bettschart holds an LL.M. from New York University and both a Doctorate and a Licence in law from the University of Lausanne.
