Lindsay Worden is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in managing innovation product launches and strategic projects, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Oberto Snacks Inc. since July 2019. Lindsay successfully developed and implemented a gated product development process utilized since 2020 and has established best practices for project execution. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Global Project Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities encompassed scope development and alignment with long-term business strategies, and Flight Simulator Project Manager at Boeing, overseeing the development and qualification of flight simulation devices. Lindsay holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Michigan Technological University.

About Oberto Snacks Inc: You could say Art Oberto was born to make jerky, but truth is, he didn’t actually take over the family business until he was sixteen. Every day before school, Art would ride his bike to deliver the finest cured meats anyone in the Seattle area had ever tasted. As a company, we’ve changed a lot since those humble beginnings, but the way we make our delicious all-natural jerky hasn’t. We still hand-select each ingredient and compose our rich, smoked flavor from a harmonious mixture of delicious hardwoods. And Art still won’t put his name on the outside of a single package, unless he approves of everything that went into it.
