Susan Barnett

Susan Barnett is an accomplished retail operations executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Oberweis Dairy since September 2024, Barnett previously held the position of General Manager of Operations for Gloria Jean's Coffees in the USA with Retail Food Group from October 2023 to September 2024. Barnett has also contributed significantly to Doughboy Restaurant Group as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in 2020, and served as Vice President of Operations at Stan's Donuts & Coffee from April 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Barnett was Senior Director of Retail Operations at Fannie May Confections Brands Inc. from June 2016 to January 2018 and held the position of Director of Retail Operations at the same company from July 2004 to January 2016.
