Antonella Sipan

Antonella Sipan has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 with Work & Travel Company as an Intercultural Exchange participant. In 2019, they worked as a pre-professional Administration intern at ALOXI Alianza para Obras por Impuestos and as an Analyst of Administration and Human Resources at Independiente SAF, where they provided support in recruitment, selection, and induction processes. Antonella also managed worker databases and assisted in financial administration. In 2021, Antonella joined Colectivo23 as a Specialist in Experience and Logistics. Antonella then worked as a Community Manager at Aerial Studio SAC | Marketing Digital | Inspección Aérea before transitioning to a Social Media role at Oubita. In 2022, they joined Havas Media Group España as a Marketing and Social Media professional. Currently, they are employed at Deliveristo in a Marketing and Operations position, starting in May 2023.

In 2015, they started their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at the Universidad de Lima. Antonella completed their degree in this field in 2020.

In 2020, Antonella participated in a Student Exchange Program at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, where they focused on Business Administration and Management for a year.

From 2022 to 2023, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Marketing at EUDE Business School.

In 2023, they completed a short-term program in Graphic Design at CEI Escuela de Diseño y Marketing.

In terms of certifications, in 2019 Antonella obtained a TOEFL Test certification from The TOEFL® test, demonstrating their English language proficiency.
