Christoffer Omberg

Christoffer Omberg is a highly accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as CEO and Co-founder of Oslo Business Forum since January 2016, where a major focus is empowering leaders through inspiration, knowledge, and networking at Norway's largest leadership conference. In January 2025, Christoffer co-founded OBF Leadership, a program dedicated to enhancing organizational alignment and execution, along with Jacob Schram, Morten Hansen, and Hanne Lindbæk. Additionally, as Chairman and Co-founder of Flow Event, established in September 2022, Christoffer is committed to transforming event management by infusing the essence of Oslo Business Forum into diverse events. Earlier roles include organizing the BI International Case Competition at BI Norwegian Business School and serving as General Manager at ThermoEnergy UB, where innovation in cold protection apparel was developed. Christoffer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
