Whitney Wilson

Whitney Wilson is a clinical service representative at OBGYN West since August 2019, responsible for patient check-ins, ensuring accuracy of personal, medical, and insurance information, as well as assisting with appointment scheduling while delivering excellent customer service. Prior to this, Whitney worked as a Natus newborn hearing screener at Natus Medical Incorporated from October 2017 to August 2019, where duties included screening newborns, educating families on the process, and managing follow-up appointments across multiple hospitals in the Birmingham area. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completed in 2019, and graduated from Minnetonka High School in 2015.
