Andrew O'Brien

Andrew O'Brien is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Obie & Ax Inc., the largest full-service podcast production firm in North America. Since September 2019, O'Brien has led the company in providing comprehensive solutions to government agencies and prominent brands globally. In addition to this role, O'Brien served as a Community Board Member of the Mental Health and Addictions Advisory Panel for the Toronto Police Services Board in 2023, emphasizing diversity and community representation. Previously, O'Brien was a Member of the Board of Governors at The Mackenzie Institute, contributing to strategic discussions on security matters. O'Brien held roles as Partner and Senior Advisor at EMERGE Commerce Inc., and as Chief Revenue Officer and Partner at Buytopia.ca, where O'Brien played a key role in partnerships and acquisitions. O'Brien also co-founded SnapSaves, a mobile couponing platform, and served as Manager Strategic Market Development at DSM.
